Decisions come from the courts' own sites where the court publishes them. Statutes come from the legislature, not from a copy.

Built for agents that must not make things up
Retrieved, or not cited
The tools only return decisions that exist in the database, with their real citations and text. There is nothing to hallucinate from.
Honest misses
When a citation is not found, the tool says so and says what to check next. A miss is never presented as proof that a case does not exist.
Verifiable pinpoints
Paragraph labels come from the decision itself. If a decision has no printed labels, the tool says so, so the agent can flag the pinpoint as unverified.
